Tailors' Tacks

Tailors' tacks are used to mark points and can be made through the paper pattern. Use a long, double thread with no knots run through bees wax.

Technique:

  1. From the top, take a ¼" cross bar with a 4" tail and then make a ¼" vertical cross with a 4" loop and a 4" tail
  2. Cut the loop end, pull apart and cut between the layers to get 2" tails.
